6. Nagato
One of the most experienced Rinnegan-users in the entire series, Nagato was a powerhouse. He created the legend of Pain by controlling six corpses via the Rinnegan and using them to channel different powers. With these Six Paths, Nagato was able to decimate Konoha. He destroyed the whole Konoha village to get the attention of Naruto.
