7. Kisame Hoshigaki:
One of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen, Kisame was a force to be reckoned with. His sword Samehada absorbed charka of anyone it touches, however he wielded Samehada with ease but his true power lies in water jutsu. He is powerful enough to defeat Killer Bee with almost no effort and take on Seven Gates Might Guy without Samehada.
