9. Deidara
This cool mannered arsonist is not easy enemy to defeat. He defeated Gaara. Pain frequently remarked on his ability and stated that Deidara’s loss was the big blow to Akatsuki. His weapon of choice was clay infused with Explosive Release Chakra which he animated into any creature or shape that would assist him in battle. His ultimate jutsu generated an explosion said to be ten kilometres in radius.
