Nikita Tomar, a Bcom final year student shot to death near Ballabgarh College in full daylight on Monday 26th October 2020 by a man named Touseef. Touseef tried to shove her into his car with the help of his friend named Rehan.

The incident of Nikita’s murder took place around 3:40 pm on the street, nearby 30km from Delhi. The incident was fully captured in a video and it was clearly shown that Nikita fought a lot to save her life before she was shot at point-blank range.

Nikita and her friend were trying to save their life from the gun attackers, the video is clearly showing the violence happening with Nikita. The attackers were waiting in the car for Nikita. As per Police officer OP Singh, Nikita and Touseef knew each other for a long time. In 2018, Touseef also kidnapped Nikita and the FIR had been filed by Nikita’s father but he had withdrawn the FIR that time.

Police already arrested Touseef and Rehan, the attackers of Nikita. Now the third accused Azru who supplied a local gun to Touseef has been arrested by the Faridabad crime branch after a long and intensive search.

Touseef was chasing Nikita before the incident happened. Touseef's friend Rehan drags him to the car and drives away after killing Nikita. She was bleeding on the streets, her friend watching everything in horror. Nikita bleeds to death in the hospital.

Nikita Father said "We complained earlier in 2018 about Touseef harassing my daughter and we had withdrawn the complaint to protect our daughter's name. Now they have killed my daughter," 

Nikita Mother said that "My daughter went for an examination at the college. He tried to forcibly make her sit in his car but she refused. After a brief scuffle, he shot her." "I want justice for my daughter. They should be shot the same way they shot her."

The team of SIT will handle the case which will include SP Crime Anil Kumar,  DLF Crime Branch Officer Anil Kumar, Sanjay Colony Police head Ramveer Singh, Head Constable Dinesh, and a few more for enquiring this case. Police Officer OP Singh also said Nikita was under pressure for religion change as per her family statement.

2020 seems like a devil vulture, The Faridabad murder case victim is just going for her exams and she leads to death by the young murderers. People are demanding justice for Nikita.
