3. Obito Uchiha (Tobi)
Obito Uchiha was first introduced as Tobi, always fooling around but he was the mastermind behind the Great Ninja war. Kamui an incredibly overpowered jutsu allowed Obito to avoid any and all attacks directed at him and also serves as a one-hit KO move. If Obito pulls you into the Kamui dimension, you’re trapped there for all eternity. Obito with the Rinnegan was also able to command six Jinchuriki and use them to completely overwhelm Naruto and Killer Bee.
