Top Terrorist Hizb-ul-Mujahideen Chief Saifullah Killed In Srinagar Encounter!

Dr Saifullah is one of the most wanted terrorists in Kashmir Valley. Dr Saifullah is chief of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen terrorist group. He had taken charge as the chief of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen in May after Riyaz Naikoo was killed in Pulwama in an encounter.

Sunday, 1st- November-2020 the chief of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen encountered at Rangreth area of Srinagar district by the security forces in the afternoon.

IGP Vijay Kumar told PTI that they have few sources who informed the presence of Saifullah in South Srinagar and he was hiding in a house.
IGP Vijay Kumar also said ``So the security forces cordoned off the area and an operation was launched. In the exchange of firing, one militant was killed. According to our source, we are 95 percent sure he is Dr Saifullah. We are retrieving the body and it will be identified,”
Harmful materials including bullets, guns have been recovered from the encounter site. IGP Kumar also said to the reporters that J & K police is now very strong and they have sources who informed them if any militants are entering the city.
